Yes you can bring your own vendors. We will provide the client with a preferred vendor list of vendors who already have proper licensing in Lyon County and are familiar with our space.
The client MUST provide at least a day of contact that our team will be able to communicate with in the event of an emergency.

Your event package includes complimentary 3 FREE hours. The client can use this for set up. If the client needs more time, it will be billed on an hourly basis.
All events need to commence at 10:00pm.
Yes, we include separate bride and groom get ready rooms in your package. These spaces can accommodate approximately 20 guests per room.
This is the responsibility of the client. The bar caterer MUST be licensed. We do have a mobile bar that can be used in any of the event locations.
No glass bottles are permitted on the property. If hard liquor is being served, it needs to be done so by a bartender. If hard liquor is served, we ask it is done so in a responsible amount.
Yes, we have a commercial kitchen located next to our bar/gazebo. The client is welcome to utilize it and is responsible for leaving it cleaned when their event commences.
